CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable but The deposit is transferable and can be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment result in the loss of the deposit and will require an additional deposit to rebook. No shows or cancellations made within an hour of the appointment time result in loss of the deposit and a cancellation fee that is 20% of the total cost of the service.
